Build the exchange matching engine, cross-chain settlement systems, AI valuation models, smart contract infrastructure, and Aberfeldy AI integration. Full-stack, blockchain, ML/AI roles.
Compliance & Legal
Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks across 30+ countries. KYC/AML operations, securities compliance, regulatory strategy, and licensing across U.S., Asia, and emerging markets.
Business Development
Build institutional partnerships, onboard asset issuers, expand exchange distribution through JuCoin and new channels, and grow the tokenized asset ecosystem across private credit, real estate, and securities.
Product & Design
Design institutional-grade trading interfaces, tokenization workflows, compliance dashboards, and cross-chain portfolio management tools for the AiRWA Exchange platform.
Operations & Finance
Scale financial operations, manage institutional treasury (including $129.5M+ cash position and $30M SOL), coordinate cross-border regulatory filings, and support corporate development.
Security & Infrastructure
Build and maintain enterprise custody, multi-signature security systems, institutional-grade cloud infrastructure, and incident response capabilities. Collaborate with Inca Digital on threat intelligence.
