What does AiRWA Inc. do?

AiRWA Inc. (NASDAQ: YYAI) is a NASDAQ-listed technology company building institutional-grade AI infrastructure for the tokenized economy. We use artificial intelligence to power digital capital markets — including asset tokenization, stablecoin settlement, compliance intelligence, and cross-chain exchange infrastructure. Our flagship product is the AiRWA Exchange, a $500M joint venture with JuCoin Capital for trading tokenized real-world assets and digital currencies.

What is real-world asset (RWA) tokenization?

RWA tokenization is the process of converting physical or financial assets — real estate, private credit, government bonds, receivables, infrastructure — into digital tokens on a blockchain. These tokens represent ownership or economic rights and can be traded 24/7 with near-instant settlement, fractional ownership, and programmable compliance. AiRWA provides the AI-powered infrastructure that makes institutional-grade tokenization possible.

What happened to Connexa Sports Technologies?

Connexa Sports Technologies was the company's former name. In October 2025, the company executed a strategic rebrand to AiRWA Inc. to reflect its new focus on AI-powered asset tokenization and digital finance infrastructure. The NASDAQ ticker changed from CNXA to YYAI as part of this transformation.

What is the USDR stablecoin?

USDR is an Asia-focused USD-pegged stablecoin being developed under the AiRWA-JuCoin joint venture. It will be deployed across Ethereum, BSC, TRON, and Solana, powering cross-border payments, DeFi integrations, and smart contract execution within the AiRWA Exchange ecosystem. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for USDR development was signed as part of the $500M JV agreement.

What is the Aberfeldy acquisition?

In February 2026, AiRWA completed the acquisition of Aberfeldy for $140M. Aberfeldy brings advanced AI capabilities including machine learning, smart contract auditing, decision intelligence, and blockchain analytics. The acquisition broadens AiRWA's technology portfolio for digital finance infrastructure and powers the AI engine within the AiRWA Exchange.

Who is JuCoin Capital?

JuCoin Capital is a Singapore-based digital finance company with 50M+ users across 30+ countries. JuCoin is AiRWA's co-founding partner for the AiRWA Exchange with $250M committed capital (matching AiRWA's $250M for a total $500M JV). JuCoin also deposited 150,000 SOL tokens (~$30M) to anchor exchange infrastructure. JuCoin's own $JU token launched in January 2025.

AiRWA's infrastructure spans four major blockchain networks: Solana (primary settlement layer, anchored by $30M in SOL), Ethereum (USDR deployment, DeFi integration), BSC (Asian market access), and TRON (payment rails). Cross-chain interoperability enables seamless asset movement between networks.

When will the AiRWA Exchange launch?

The exchange has completed testnet operations including successful tokenized U.S. equity settlement on Solana. Soft launch targeting JuCoin's 4 million active users is targeted for Q2 2026, with full-scale rollout to 50M+ JuCoin users planned for H2 2026. Institutional access is planned for 2027.
