Asset Infrastructure
Advanced artificial intelligence combined with multi-chain blockchain infrastructure for secure, scalable, institutional digital capital markets.
AiRWA’s technology architecture spans four integrated layers — from AI intelligence and compliance to settlement and cross-chain interoperability — designed for institutional-grade digital capital markets.
AI-Driven Asset Valuation
Machine learning models analyzing market data, comparable transactions, macroeconomic indicators, and on-chain signals for real-time fair-value assessment of tokenized assets. Proprietary pricing engines for illiquid RWAs including real estate, private credit, and infrastructure. Powered by Aberfeldy’s 26 Rafael AI systems with proven deployments across healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and autonomous driving.
Automated Compliance Intelligence
Real-time KYC/AML processing, cross-jurisdictional regulatory monitoring across 30+ countries, and smart contract auditing powered by Inca Digital’s threat intelligence platform. Ecosystem mapping, wallet screening, sanctions compliance, suspicious activity reporting, and cross-chain analytics. Inca Digital is trusted by PayPal, Brave, SUI, the Department of Defense, DHS, and the CFTC.
Institutional Digital Rails
Enterprise-grade custody with multi-signature security and cold storage. Institutional settlement and clearing infrastructure with T+0 finality on Solana (400ms block times, sub-cent fees). Fiat-to-crypto payment channels, derivatives execution, and high-frequency trading support. Designed to handle the settlement volumes of JuCoin’s 50M+ global user base.
Cross-Chain Interoperability
Seamless asset movement between Solana, Ethereum, BSC, and TRON. Atomic settlements ensuring trustless cross-chain execution, programmable escrows with conditional release logic, and on-chain governance for transparent protocol management. USDR stablecoin deployed natively across all four networks for unified settlement.
The AiRWA Exchange is anchored by 150,000 SOL tokens (~$30M) deposited by JuCoin Capital, with Solana serving as the primary settlement layer for tokenized asset trading.
Solana’s 400ms block times and sub-cent transaction costs enable institutional-grade T+0 settlement — compared to traditional T+2 settlement in equity markets. This means trades execute and settle in under one second, eliminating counterparty risk and freeing up capital that would otherwise be locked during settlement periods.
AiRWA completed successful test runs settling tokenized U.S. equity trades on Solana in October 2025. The tests demonstrated atomic settlement of tokenized stock positions with full on-chain audit trails, confirming the technical viability of 24/7 equity trading with blockchain-native settlement.
150,000 SOL tokens (~$30M at deposit) serve as the foundational liquidity anchor for the exchange. These tokens form the basis of Solana-native trading pairs and provide protocol-level security deposits for the exchange’s settlement infrastructure.
| Network | Role | Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| Solana | Primary | Settlement layer, trading pairs, institutional clearing |
| Ethereum | Secondary | USDR deployment, DeFi integration, ERC-20 token support |
| BSC | Distribution | USDR deployment, Asian market access, lower-cost transactions |
| TRON | Payments | USDR deployment, cross-border payment rails, remittances |
| Phase | Target | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Testnet | Complete | Tokenized equity settlement on Solana |
| Soft Launch | Q2 2026 | 4M active JuCoin users |
| Full Launch | H2 2026 | 50M+ JuCoin global users |
| Institutional | 2027 | Global institutional access |
USDR is an Asia-focused USD-pegged stablecoin developed under the $500M AiRWA-JuCoin joint venture, designed for institutional cross-border settlement and DeFi integration.
Multi-Chain Deployment
USDR will be deployed natively across four blockchain networks — Ethereum, BSC, TRON, and Solana — enabling seamless cross-border payments regardless of the recipient’s preferred network. Each deployment is optimized for its network’s strengths: Ethereum for DeFi composability, BSC for cost efficiency, TRON for payment volume, and Solana for settlement speed.
Institutional Settlement
Designed for institutional settlement volumes with fiat on/off ramps in key Asian markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. Smart contract-based escrow with conditional release logic enables programmable settlement terms, automated compliance checks, and real-time margin management for institutional counterparties.
DeFi Integration
USDR is designed for composability with existing DeFi protocols — lending, liquidity pools, yield optimization, and automated market making. The stablecoin serves as the universal settlement currency within the AiRWA Exchange ecosystem, connecting tokenized RWAs with crypto-native liquidity.
USDR development was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed as part of the $500M JuCoin joint venture agreement (SEC 8-K, August 25, 2025). The stablecoin is in active development with deployment targeted alongside the AiRWA Exchange soft launch in Q2 2026.
Through its Hong Kong subsidiary Yuanyu Enterprise Management Co., Limited (YYEM), AiRWA owns and licenses advanced patents covering AI-driven asset valuation, blockchain interoperability, and tokenization frameworks.
Yuanyu Enterprise Management is AiRWA’s operating subsidiary focused on IP licensing and technology patent holdings. YYEM generated $12.8M in revenue for FY2025 (ended April 30, 2025) and $6.0M in Q1 FY2026, primarily from technology licensing agreements with partners across Asia Pacific.
In October 2025, AiRWA agreed to acquire the remaining 30% of YYEM from Chairman Hongyu Zhou for $36M in cash, bringing ownership to 100%. This related-party transaction was reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee after considering an independent third-party valuation report (SEC 8-K, October 22, 2025).
The patent portfolio, combined with the Aberfeldy AI acquisition and Inca Digital partnership, creates a multi-layered technology moat covering the full stack: from AI intelligence to blockchain execution to regulatory compliance.
YYEM’s revenue derives from licensing proprietary technology and patents to enterprise clients. The IP portfolio covers AI-driven asset valuation methodologies, blockchain interoperability protocols, and tokenization frameworks applicable to real-world asset digitization.
Four-layer architecture from blockchain settlement to user-facing applications, powered by AI intelligence and institutional compliance.
